Please note that the total delivery time includes the shipping time + 2 days processing time (for orders of 1 to 10 units).

Taxes and other duties
Additional duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of your shipment. These duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
We hope you'll be delighted with your purchase. However, if you're not satisfied, we'd be happy to assist you with your return request.
Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of receiving the Product.
All returned products must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, unopened, and accompanied by all accessories and documents provided (instructions, warranty, certificate of authenticity, etc.), as well as a copy of the delivery note included with the delivered product(s). Any personalized, modified, damaged, used, or incomplete product will not be refunded and will only be returned at your request and expense. If your return does not meet the above conditions, SKINCARE AGENCY will not be able to process a refund for the product(s).
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service at contact@skincareagency.com from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (BST/GMT time).
The refund will be issued using the original payment method within fourteen (15) days of receiving your returned product(s).
